Tuning 5x16 injectors with s363. 360hp?
 
I have a 95 12v auto with 5x16 injectors, 4k GSK, 16.5* timing, #0 fuel plate, 024 DV's with an s363 turbo that maxes out my 60psi gauge.

I put it on the dyno and it did 360/800 but I have friends with smaller set-ups putting out higher numbers, and people on here getting huge numbers with similar setups.

I've tried everything that I can do, I've set the fuel plate/smokescrew/starwheel/housing at every possible combination but nothing seems to make much of a difference. Does anyone know any other options I could do?

That's very strange. What 363 turbo do you have? Box? Wastegated, that could be your first problem. I'm assuming you have the fuel plate close to full forward and the afc set up so it doesn't over fuel? what's your fuel pressure? Is the ip stock? You could be running out of fuel and at 60 psi I think a 363 is way out of map. You'll make more power at 40-45 I think with a 63. You need a wastegate

I made 360/828 on 5x12 and a he351. So you should have a lot on me and I just did 16s and it feels much stronger. Something's going on, what ofv do you have?

Maybe bump up the timing to 18°. Unsure just a suggestion.
