Intercooler Delete - How to do it right?

Hey guys....Need your advice. I have a 95 6BT that I am wanting to shoehorn into a 1952 Dodge Powerwagon so space is really limited at the front grill.

I am toying with the idea of running the 6bt without the intercooler to save space, and wanted to know if there is anything else I need to do with the engine, intake, turbo ect. besides the plumbing.

I thought I read somewhere that 1st gen Dodges ran bigger injectors to help keep the EGT's down since they were non-intercooled, and was wandering if I should do the same with the 2nd Gen.

Any advice/input is greatly appreciated.

Don't plan to tow any heavy loads with the truck. Just a toy.

Depends what level of power you want and so on. But if your turno is properly sized you should beable to keep cool. Just tune it if it gets too hot.

Considered a air to water intercooler will save lots of space
