Front end problems

So right now I'm driving and at 70 miles an hour on the interstate, the front end shakes a little bit just enough for me to notice that it shaking. I can feel in the steering wheel and you can feel it through the floor that the front end is shaking. I just replaced the lower ball joints the track bar and driver side tire rod not too long ago. Anyone else have any ideas? Ideas it be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

have the tires re balanced .. have them look for defects in tire treads ... or jack up front end and spin tire and see if one tire is out of round .. I have this happen @ work ( Double Coin tires non the less ) ..:td:

Idler arm
Pin arm

manny things can make this happen .. start by having tires re-balanced

way too many things can contribute to the steering issue you speak of.

it's a matter of rebalancing tires (better yet, rotate them after rebalancing them) and then going through the front end and thoroughly checking it.

I would actually rotate them before rebalancing them, and see it the vibration moves around (or just plain goes away).

actually. . .that is a stellar idea.

isolate which side the vibration is coming from, and put that tire on opposite end diagonally. So the right front would go to the left rear, etc.

Is your truck lifted.?

I had them rebalanced last Saturday and the problem hasn't gone away. I'll check front end tomorrow when I'm not on the interstate! Thanks for the help fellas!
