exhaust manifold question

Since,im going to be buying a killer b turbo soon what kind of exhaust manifold should i get brand wise,or a 3-piece.:humm:

Id say ats 3 piece with threads for a pyro

wpg6.5 07-19-2014 05:14 PM

What ever one suits you. They are all the same basically. Htt 3 piece is a Good price at least where I got it. There are stainless manifolds that are not too bad either if you want that look. I ported/ polished my personal bd 2 piece when I studded it and It spools wicked hard.

Whatever three piece with a sensor bung for a pyro is cheapest... unless you care more about flash than cash.

If you are port matching the manifold, just remember not to go larger than the exhaust port at all. We had a buddy try it thinking bigger is better and the turbo spooled like crap.

I can get a 3-piece manifold from diesel power source off of alligator performances page for 389, I don't know how decent diesel power source brand is tho

I think you can do better here with one of our vendors.

I Have a DPS X Manifold on my 12V .. Love it .. and it was a tight fit together and no leaks even after a year of 1700* runs .... now much lower due to mods, Spools awesome !!! and faster than stock ever dreamed of !!! :tu:

cummins Pride 07-19-2014 10:17 PM

I can buy it off of here, and do I have to remove the exhaust manifold to put on the turbo
