I got the head pulled and the head gastket was shot luckily i shut it down in time to avoid damage . All the cylinders are in excellent shape no wear and still has cross hatches all the way down . That 475 prob has the 83/74 turbine wheel and will work well for a small set of twins. As far as injectors go I have always been a fan of the 5 hole nozzles over the 7 and 6 hole. Depending on what pump you go with and if your doing twins with a stocker on top take your timing into the 20's ... and keep the 160 pump it will make just as much power as the 180/215's for the same price
