bigger fuel pump needed with bigger fuel lines?

Ok so I'm starting to build a sled puller 97 12v. And I'm curious to know of I put 1/2 fuel lines from the tank to the motor, do I have to run a bigger L.P.? I dont want to put a electric pump because I like the mechanical.

Any input is great thanks

why would you not want an electric pump? the stock lift pump wont keep up with the fuel demands for sled pulling. You could run a waterman its gear driven but your checkbook won't like it.

Do you think an air dog 150 would work? I wanted to do the fuel system before injectors

if it is the 180 pump found in the 96-98 auto trucks put some 5k springs in and yes that 150 will work fine. Make sure you add the 40psi spring and get a good overflow

This is what I run on the truck you see in the vids if your truck is a puller only and your goin with an air dogg 150 this is what you also need to run.
