Burning oil?

Had my oil changed about a month ago checked today hardly none on the dipstick. What could be going on? few drips a little here in there but the truck runs good and has plenty of power. It starts a little rough then clears up after its started. But it kinda sounds to me like i have a bad injector and theres a thumping noise. could a bad injector be causing all this? im on a tight budget am i getting in over my shoulders?

I work on 2 strokes ... usually its a tune up issue .. but is sounds like a bit of oil to me .... did you check it and verify its full when they changed your oil and they didnt just leave it a bit low ... has happened to me a few times .. jiffy lube has over filled my IDI , the 2 times I allowed them to do it .. now I just do it my self... saves the headache of not knowing .....
