Default Oil problem... Plz help

I have a 96 dodge 3500 5.9l 12 valve. When I start it in the mornings it has perfect oil pressure but once the truck warms up my oil pressure drops to nothing but I can see the gauge move just a little when I idle it up to around 2000rpm but it's still at 0 pressure. I'm not getn any oil to my turbo or to the top of the engine after my pressure drops. I changed oil thinking that would help but still nothing. Does anyone knw what could be wrong?

How many miles?
Could be pump, the relief valve in the filter housing could be stuck open, excessive bearing clearance or possibly a leak in the pickup tube. Considering that it's low after warm up that may be an indicator of bearing clearance issues. Replacing the oil pump and checking the relief spring are fairly simple jobs so you could start with the relief and the the oil pump. It would be rare to experience a pickup issue.

I had the oil pump off today but put the old one back one. How can I tell if the old pump is bad?

With a feeler gauge and the pump removed
Max Tip clearance of .0007" (tip of gerotor to planetary)
Max gerotor drive/planetary to port plate .0005" (back plate)
Max planetary to housing bore .015"
Gear backlash shouldn't exceed .015"
Backlash can be a pain to measure on these. What oil are you running?
