New injectors

I have 75hp injectors in my cummins right now other thAn that the truck is stock except for new towing transmission and #8 fuel plate. A guy is selling 175hp injectors and I wanted to get ones bigger than I have now. Would 175hp ones be to big of change or do I need more parts to go with?

you need many other supporting mods to properly/safely run that size of an injector. search away, there is a plethora of info out there on stuff like this.

Can I go any bigger than 75hp with keeping my truck mostly stock or shoul I start modding?

5x12's is about all more than i would go on stock everything. they are about 90hp. what size are your 75hp injectors? i hate HP ratings on injectors. there is such a range and it TOTALLY depends on your truck not the injector on what you will see. anyways, do you know the LPM or the actual dimensions of your current injector? your current injectors are pretty well sized for your current application.

I would look to a bigger turbo and governor springs so you can get more top end. The stock hx35 is quite restrictive in the upper rpm
