60 lb Valve Springs....

Can someone please direct me towards a step-by-step install for the springs? Also, where can I get them the cheapest? Thank you for your time.

$110 is where i got mine, you can get them as a package with a 4k GSK for cheeper too if you want, i think they came with some instructions
