24v Parts swap / interchange with 12v

I bought a rebuilt 12v (93? It has a p3000 pump) out of a f700 last month. After pricing out all the used pieces I'd need for adding ac and changing to rear sump, i decided to just buy another engine then part it out. I finally picked up a 99 24 valve today. Are there any other parts that would be beneficial to swap?

What are your plans with the motor? The 12 valve would make an easier swap.
If that motor has a p7100 pump it's a 94-98.5.

I am swapping in the 12v. Its a p pump but the p3000, not the p7100. I'm taking the ac compressor and parts off the 24 valve. My question is are any other parts worth swapping on to the 12 valve, besides the turbo if i can figure out how to reclock it so the inlet and drain are vertical

I would think that if you used the exhaust manifold off the 24 valve you wouldn't have to clock the turbo.

I was thinking that also... but in my limited research I thought the 24's had different shaped exhaust ports ?
