delivery valves

I've been reading about delivery valves a lot lately and can't decide what I should get so now I need some advice. My truck is a 97 I have ats auto trans, 4k governor spring kit, cold air intake, intakr horn, bd super b special turbo, no plate, afc moved all the way up afc foot shaved star wheel all the way loose and pre boost screw cranked in and guages. Right now with pedal to the floor at full boost I don't go above 1000* so higher egt isn't to much of an issue.

If anyone have any advice on what dvs I should get for my set up it would be greatly appreciated.

What is your pump ? 180 ? ... if so get some 191's .. like out of a 215/235 hp pump .. that'll Get R Done :tu:.

Then you will need some bigger injectors, and then a bigger intake ( I like the crazy carls ) ..... Crazy Carl's , all kinds of goodies and ideas here :rocking:

I've been drooling over a twin ram , just not gonna pay the price for a banks ...... make my own if I must......... with the twin ram, u can move a larger volume and further reduce turbo lag by reducing the boost pressures I. the intake side ...... my friend has one .... egt never goes past 900* .....

191's would be good, i've been looking into .024s myself i hear 191's are kinda dirty. They are kind of like the 370s in the DV world. Not sure i Weston (Smokem) is a member on this forum but he is the fuel injector/DV god if you can get a hold of him tell him what you want to do and he will get you the kind you need.

the 215 and the 235 pumps have 191's and mine runs real clean .... not sure who told you they would run dirty ? :s:.. manny have been running them for years , Its more about the injector tip than a DV issue .. the DV just allows more volume , the inijector controls the amount applied and pattern in which its sprayed ....

And with the twin ram all the cylinders get the same amount of air into them. Not like the stock one which starves #1,5,and 6 cylinders of air which increases the cylinder temps.
After reading your post again, are you running the stock exhaust system?
If you are then that's another reason your temps are high.Because you motor is trying to push the exhaust out as quick as it can,but it can't.
If it is stock, then I would do the exhaust next.
Plus if you fill your signature out we can help you out better when you have questions about your truck.
Is your kdp dealt with?

Who said their temps were high?
