exhaust haze

hey guys im not new to the diesels but am to this site. I have a 1996 dodge 2500 cummins 12 valve. The truck has never had any problems but ive noticed on take off it smokes a haze of blue. Its not a lot by any means but ive noticed its there. I have all brand new injectors in and much more stuff done to the truck. Its stock never chipped or messed with. Has dual exhaust 6 inch tips. Im not a newbie im a farmer and work with diesels but just wondering if this is normal?

Need to know what all modifications have been done to the engine, has anyone adjusted anything that you are aware of ?
Does it sufrer , low power, stumbling, or anything out of the ordinary ?

has k&n intake, 75 hp injectors, and newer towing tranny. truck hasn't been tuned with or the guy before me never pulled with it just daily driver but he was a diesel mechanic. It doesn't have a lot of haze not many people would notice it but I do. Runs fine no sputter or stall has good temps and fuel and oil pressure. Pulls fine since I pulled a couple ton new manure spreader 60 miles at 55 mph down main road
