mechanical lift pump VS airdog fuel system

hello all my names Big C and i have a few questions about the oem lift pump vs the airdog system on my 1994 dodge

i have an airdog system on my truck now but the motor quit working due to unknown problems at the moment but i have been doing research about replacing the oem lift pump to get me by for now. i have seen that the oem lift pump puts out 30 psi of fuel pressure and my air dog puts out the same.... i know the airdog is steady fuel pressure and is easy to work on but is it really needed for my truck? i have stock injectors and the p pump is not a high performance as far as i know.... please post comments and suggestions of what would be better for me to get it running asap

:humm:

First off, if your motor is not running because of unknown problems, and you know your AirDog works fine, I would advide not focusing on the lift pump but more as what is preventing your engine from running...

Your post is somewhat confusing as well as it sounds both like you already have an OEM lift pump when you state you want to replace it, and it also sounds like you have an AirDog and you want to go back to the factory lift pump. Can you please further clarify?
