its on the front of the pump. I will allow more rack travel for more fueling. Nice cheap upgrade.

its a 2095 rack plug. they were used on mack trucks that ran the p7100 injection hence the nick name "mack plug". it allows max fuel under max load. if you have a 215 pump with a 5 speed. they are pretty much useless because the rack is already allowed more travel. if not its an ok upgrade but there is some other adjustment that would need to be made to get the most out of it

what else would have to be done

grinding down the barrel on your afc foot. and replacing the washers or griding down the washers on your afc diaphram

and that has to be done if putting in mac plug

the foot needs to be done to allow for the extra travel the plug allows for. The washers are to help clear up some smoke. You could also do away with the afc all together.

how hard is it to grind the foot:argh:

olsmokey 05-20-2013 11:44 AM

its really not to hard. i would grind the barrel instead of the foot tho. take about .090 to .125 off the end of the barrel and your good to go.
