4x4 Broke
 
just got don muddin and broke the 4x4, think the front ring and pinion are gone but not sure yet goes into 4X4 and drive shaft spins but no power to tires, great fun but something broke o well

Clean er up and take a good look in the morning, usually stuff hides under all that mud

i already know its something internal cause when i turn it makes a loud clunk and the the shaft turns but tires dont

is your Center Axle Disconnect working????, if it is, sounds like spider gears, if you was in 4x4 and your front ring and pinion locked up you would of ate dash board....

I'm guessing spider gears also. Its not easy to break a D60 R&P, and if you did I doubt your front D-shaft would even turn. Could be your CAD too. Pop the diff cover and I'm sure you'll know real fast!

ok i found out what the clunck was when i turn the stering slabalizer was loose the reason the 4x4 dont work is i snaped the driver side axle shaft. i know this becasue with the diff cover off an turn the drive shaft the short axle shaft wont turn cause its one with the u-joint now it turns which means it aint conected
