what is all this
 

Hey i have these two oil leaks what im thinking is a bad oil pan gasket and rear main seal. How hard is this to fix i do all my own work but new to diesels and dont got all the diesel tools really yet. But i worked on hondas all my life so light and easy and actually just changed my oil pan gasket and rear main seal on it. And sorry for the night pics.

I can't answer your question directly, but when you replace your oil pan gasket, there is a trick to align the gasket with the pan. It is something that is simple, but effective in preventing another leak. Tie the pan gasket to the pan with sewing thread. After the bolts are started, just break the thread and torque the bolts. This idea isn't mine, it came from gdgerland on the ford-trucks forum. Hope this helps.

aw wow thanks didnt know that i know i need to remove the subframe or lift the motor to get the pan off and also it is driping right from the slot were you can see your flywheel.

Sounds like a rear main seal to me. Wish I had more info. Google is your friend right now. Search around how to videos. You might find something.
