Lost power

I have a 1998 12 valve and lately I've noticed a big loss in power. Going down the highway sometimes most of the time it boggs down and will struggle to do 60. This is my first diesel so I dont know a whole lot about them. Any ideas?

Clogged fuel filters good place to start do both tho I thought there was only one lol
