Another timing issue perharps?
 

Ok, i took off my intercooler to have it rebuilt...

Didn't start the truck until just now to move it from my garage to my friends garage...

without boost, it won't go past 3000rpm ?? it will pop and stuff ?? can this be normal, with my timing... ?? will my timing only work under boost ??

do i hurt anything running boostless if i don't get on it ?? it will go past 3000 if i rev it lightly but if i mash it it will pop like it did when timing slipped...

With no boost the AFC will never get out of the way. Something is happening when you stomp on it. Either the foot is missing the AFC or who knows what. Once this happens, the engine shoots in full fuel. With no boost there is not much air to be compressed so the temperature of compression isn't as high. The huge amount of fuel you are shooting in then becomes a hose for a fire... The heat generated isn't sufficient enough to light the huge dose of fuel and it takes much longer to get hot enough to finally ignite. This lag can be seen as retarded timing. In other words, it simulates timing slippage..

Now this is only a theory and if you don't see a TON of smoke when it is doing this then the AFC is doing it's job and you can disregard everything I said. The AFC should limit it to the power of a miata and an acceleration to match.

Fuel Shutoff Solenoid maybe ?? does that sound like plausible ?

The shutoff solenoid is just a lever that pushes the rack back. It isn't going to do anything but give you almost no throttle or kill the engine.
