rx7man...thanks for the info, i see what the custom tools are for now, I think I can pull this off...about the boost elbow..nope just a little insert in one end that has a tiny cone with a pin hole inserted in the threaded end of the elbow. should I be scoring a different elbow. I'll check into BD and see what they have. I think i will research the boost elbow to see if I can tap mine for the allen screw...mucho grassiass

 

I guess yours is preset? I don't see any harm in using it now, it may not work for all setups, but if it works for the one you have, why not?
