overload spring shocks
 

I dont know much about these but i was wondering i know some are adjustable but that is only the ones with perches correct. Also do these lift your truck any amount. And are the ones on my truck blown because when i get in the bed and jump it moves up and down worst then a little car or is it cause there not even hitting the shock are what.
