Delivery Valve Question

Hey guys,

Not sure to post this in performance or not. But here it goes. My 95 12 Valve has had a knock and i am slowly narrowing it down. First I found if I crack the #1 injector line and only the #1, that it would stop the knock and run smooth. So I swapped the # 1 and # 2 injectors to see if the knock would follow the cylinder. But it stayed at the #1 cylinder. So now I am thinking it is either the delivery valve or something in the pump. Hopefully it is the delivery valve.

I'm not at to the point of doing any performance injectors or bigger turbo or anything. But if i am going to see if the knock is the delivery valve, I don't want to replace the stock 131's with more 131's. Shouldn't I just go performance? I hear laser cuts and full flow will be way to much fuel for a daily driver and my application. But can I get away with 191's? I can't seem to find any 181's available and I don't want to buy used.

For now I guess I can swap the #1 delivery valve to another. Are they okay to swap with another cylinder or not because I thought I heard they are shimmed different or something.

Any info is greatly appreciated, Thanks guys. All info in my signature.

I think it would be safe to try to swap them.
