I'd like to put a set of these on dmax

I was poking around on the internet and ran into these www.mattracks.com .
Bet these would be sweet on a duramax ,cummins,or a powerstroke .

DangerousDuramax 05-28-2007 07:31 PM

DAMN those are cool!!! Wish I had a 4X4. :D

Whit 05-28-2007 09:29 PM

dozerboy 05-28-2007 10:39 PM

If they would take the power some of the pullers should try those. IIRC those are big $$$$$

2001shrtbedcummins 05-28-2007 11:05 PM

wow could you imagine a military half track with a pullin motor in it... "give::s::c:

duramaxdavid 06-24-2007 09:41 PM

These were on a Show truck at the last event I went to here in Ca. Are they the same thing?

Rick

duramaxdavid 07-04-2007 07:30 AM

If they are not the same they are close enough

redneck817 08-01-2007 08:54 AM

I wonder what they would look like on and older truck personally

Recon Sergeant 01-17-2009 09:35 PM

Does anyone know how much these cost?

Red_Rattler 01-17-2009 10:20 PM

Welcome to DieselBomber BTW! :howdy:

The guy down the road from me a few miles has them on his H1. He runs a logging business and a Hereford ranch, and by god, that truck is impossible to stick anywhere.

The smaller ones for the quads are like $6k a set, that pretty much doubles the price of a new quad. Our fire dept has them on its search and rescue Rhino. From what my brother tells me they do great on everything BUT pavement.

kazairl 01-20-2009 09:35 AM

There is (or was) and older style suburban(88-98 style) Around Albany, Wy that had a set of those on it. Pretty sweet lookin. There was one in an old DP mag I think as well.

SPEAKSUP 01-27-2009 10:48 PM

The tracks work excelent in the snow I am picking up a set for my Quad but a truck would be sweet too just expensive. :argh::argh:

Red_Rattler 01-27-2009 11:08 PM

My uncles bud has a set on his 800 Polaris they use on the farm. The thing is a GD tank, but be prepared for a good workout when you have to man handle that thin around a corner. Having to be in 4wd with alot of ground contact equals ALOT of friction. But it will go anywhere you point it! :choochoo:

SPEAKSUP 01-27-2009 11:23 PM

Im ready for it. Im sure it wil be fun. Help me keep up with the sleds in the winter. :yeah:

E2theRock2 02-10-2009 03:17 PM

Yea there is a surburban up in Albany that has those.... I have never really seen in move so I dont know how well it works. I have driven my buddies four wheeler that has tracks on it, that thing went about anywhere you wanted to go and it was espescially good in the snow. :U:
