So I have messed with most areas on my truck and some have been improvements, others not so good. What have you found to be the best mod over all?

Mine would have to be the exhaust or my boost stick. I have a 304SS Silverline 4" catless exhaust and I picked up 2 mpg with that right out of the box. The boost stick made my fuel milage jump up at first, but has come down a bit, probably because I am more into the gas with the predator 40hp installed. The boost stick also helped me to achieve 1250* max EGT's when earlier I could bury it into the 1500* mark and make my ECT gauge fluctuate faster than the speedometer, but it never puked its coolant.

The lift kit did wonders with the looks along with the 315's but killed the fuel milage. Mine would be in the low 20's average (I drive a lot of highway) but now 17 is a good day.

A TxC CAI may be next for me just for grins as they say it helps cool EGT's and ECT's and most of all, improve fuel milage, so it looks like a no brainer. Just need the $$ laying around.

What have you guys found?

I would have to say the programmer due to the added fuel economy.

I would have to say the PPE. Haven't tried the other settings yet. The 90HP really woke it up. Mileage jumped from 18 to 22 hand calc. The 5" MBRP was already on when I bought it, so I can't compare. It sure sounds nice, though.

All the mods I did have their own perks

the AERO was a good investment and I like the sound.
But the DIABLO programmer was the best overall. Which I am hating to sell.

For the money the ROKK tech was a good one as well. I notices a slight power increase and fuel efficiency increased.

Do you have any sound clips? I have been thinking of switching to an Aero. Did you notice any mileage increase?

EFI-Live tuning, 4.10's in the rear, CO-PILOT, 5-Star Torque Converter. they all make a huge difference. If you ever want to build your transmission, I can set you up with a killer tune. I've been working on one for a while. Its pretty nice. If you just want a little power and some fuel economy, I've been pleased with Cit's 60Hp tune, but I limped my stock transmission with it.
