Mishimoto Radiator & Intercooler Install! 05 F250!!

Alright, well I meant to do an install guide on the product, but the batteries died on the camera. Started working on the truck while I waited for my wife to return from work, she was stopping by the store to get me some batteries on the way home. :rocking:
This is how far I was once she arrived. Attachment 48067 Attachment 48068 Hoses connected: Attachment 48069 Fan Shroud on back of new radiator: Attachment 48070 Mounting points on radiator: Attachment 48071 Transmission lines in! Attachment 48072 From there, I installed the intercooler. The process was extremely simple, remove OEM radiator/Intercooler, and install Mishimoto parts. No modifying anything whatsoever. Charge piping connected: Attachment 48073 Attachment 48074 The intercooler fits perfectly: Attachment 48075 Pictures of the final product: Attachment 48076 Attachment 48077 I can’t stress enough how ridiculously easy this process was. Everything seems to run cooler for the most part, I’m not overheating, that’s for sure. Can’t wait to get on the dyno to see some numbers! |
