S365, S465, S480 with a custom cover to meet 2.6 tech. There are tons of options. More for 5.9's than mine. I'm gonna have something like an S480 built with a 2.6 cover (not plug) for my PSD this year.

Your best bet is to probably give somebody like engineered diesel, or a turbo building sponsor on here, a call. And tell 'em what fuel you're plannin on pushing through it, the RPM's range you'll be in, and they'll know absolutely which turbo would best fit your application.

Sorry I can't give better any better info. 7.3 turbo's don't translate to 5.9 very well. It's mostly a matter of choosin the injector that will provide the power you're after, and matching the air to it. Engineered shoud be able to provide the perfect set up for you. It's one of the things they're good at.

I think i would call elite diesel or swamps diesel, they both deal mainly with the powerstroke, they could probsbly send you in the right derection.

He's the 5.9 guy, that's why I recommended Engineered Diesel.

If its just for sled pulling i would go with a s400. I still need to street my truck and pull a trailer and another truck to pulls so i stayed with a s366/73/.91 from engineered diesel. If i didnt pull a trailer i would have went with a s465.

Also a very good turb, even in stock for, but ED can do their little tricks and it would be even better!!
