Default Prevent Overheating???

I work for a car transport company and we haul three cars at a time with 50 + foot trailers. We only run 12 valves and our trucks are all stock minus exhaust. Had a truck that had 230 horse injectors and an upgraded radiator. ended up blowing the motor because it over heated too many times. We haul from St. George, Ut where its a 100 degrees plus 85% of the year to L.A. and southern Cal where its not much better. Trying to find a way to get more power without chancing motor failure. Just looking for some tips to possibly keep our trucks cool because we have some pretty steep climbs along the way and tired of going 35-40 mph up these obstacles. -

With the injectors, an upgraded turbo is a must! With upgraded towing turbos you will move more air, have more horse power, and should help greatly with towing capabilities. Im sure you could run a different fuel plate or move it forward or backwards to adjust for optimal results. Even in the stock trucks, if you move the plate forward for more fuel and get a slightly larger turbo, you should be able to tow your loads without over heading because of increased air/exhaust flow.

I guess I should say a towing turbo instead of a larger one -

You need some sort of air intake to get more air to the beast along with a bigger turbo. You'll also need to upgrade the trans if your running an auto. Your generating wayyyy to much heat for a stock set up.

You need to also need to remember the laws of physics. Your hauling ALOT of weight behind a stock 12v. It will handle it, get you there reliably, but your going to have to be patient. The older 12v were rated somewhere around 11-12k towing capacity. My guess is your somewhere close to 15-16k depending on the cars your hauling. -

I'm assuming that you don't run a pyro in any of your trucks. Too much fuel not enough air will melt an engine down.
As stated above you will need to match a bigger turbo to the bigger injectors. -
