I have a friend that is looking at this scanner. Can you tell me more about it like all the specs, what it can do and can't do? He has a fleet of F-350's and F-450's and up (7.3's, 6.0's and 6.4's) and I believe ... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

Default Tell Me More About The MAC Tools ET 50 Scanner

I have a friend that is looking at this scanner. Can you tell me more about it like all the specs, what it can do and can't do? He has a fleet of F-350's and F-450's and up (7.3's, 6.0's and 6.4's) and I believe a few Ram 3500's (5.9's and 6.7's) and the cheap scanners won't work on some of the trucks. Will this one work? We have a MAC man local but I want to know will these really work on his trucks. If not what do you recomend on a budget for someone that'll use these ocationally? -

Ben I Know for a fact the et50 works on my Cummins and the f350. problem is once you get above the 1-ton models you get into the Heavy Duty line. I can work something up. -

Ben You friend will need to look on all his f-450's and above and tell me what type of plug in they have (round or the traditional OBD II) Ford mixes it up ALOT... This has always been a pain with them. Also if he can find a number that starts with a J by the plug or on the computer that would be great. Make life REAL easy! -
