Default 93 2wd spring sag help

Just got a new to me 93 250 with the 12v in it. Is there any way to level out the front to back? I looked a coil spacers, but they all say for trucks without cummins. Is there a coil spacer for trucks with cummins? Also I would like to add about three inches total lift to the truck to get a slightly more aggressive tire on it. Suggestions? Body lift the only way to get it? Great site, and thanks in advance for any help.

i will give top gunz a call monday. i was hoping there was a direct swap spring for the front that i could use. Any ideas on what coil spring would swap in? Rough country is about 30 minutes from my house and I get really good deals on stuff from them. Don't want to use the coil spring spacers on the front, if I have any alternatives.
