285/70/17s here. No rubbing. I keep them at 80 psi.

I got a question. How do they rub when they are mounted on the same lug nuts??? Seems like to me they would turn at the same speed. Unless you have a heckuva load on em, would it matter if they touched?? Kinda confused. -

When you load them down they touch. They rub up and down on each other causing heat which leads to bad things.

I have Firestone Transforces on my truck and they have been great. Stay away from Goodyear though. Had Goodyear SRAs and lasted less than 18,000 miles. I like these and need to rotate and balance em again and soon!!! -

I have the same 05 dually. I am in the process of buying 285/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I see your tires are close without spacers. How much tire hangs out without your 2' spacers in? How much do you think they will be passed the fender wall? I haul 18k trailer for work, so I dont want to screw myself for a work truck trying to go bigger. But really love the look... -
