I purchased an Airdog II from them Friday of last week. I spoke with them today Tuesday to see about getting a tracking number due to the fact that I would not be home until next week to put a hold on the package. I Found out that it was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday). That is less than a week from purchase to deliver to California from Kentucky. They will defiantly have repeat business from me. Also they answered any and all questions that I had prior to purchasing anything and if they did not know they tried to point me in the right direction even if that was pointing me to their competition. -
