First I want to say thank you to MANNWELDER for the best pickup "smoke stack" mount on the market!!! Awesome customer service and shipping from CA to MN in 2 days!!!
![]() Tools you will need to install the STAXX clamp ![]() This is a HEAVY DUTY CLAMP about 1" THICK and weighing over 6 lbs. ![]() ![]() Mark where the center of the stack lines up with the top front of your box (I chose not to drill at the very top, but about 1 inch down) and drill 2 - 3/16 pilot holes then 2 - 25/64 holes. ![]() This is a 3 piece clamp (2 halves to go around the stack and the mounting bracket that mounts in between the cab and front of the box, on the front of the box). ![]() Tighten up the 2 - 8MM allens and you are done!!! ![]() ![]() THANKS AGAIN MANNWELDER and 66cummins aka "DONZFIRE" ** WARNING** When installing the bracket yourself much patience is required and finger cramping may occur. LMFAO!!!!! - Last edited by PEAKSTRYDE; 01-25-2008 at 04:59 PM.. |
