Here's my diesel work rigs, one is quite BOMBed!
The new one is a 2007 IH 7400 with a DT466(300hp), and Allison tranny & retarder. GVWR is 54k. Even came with a CD player.

The bucket truck is a 94 IH 4900 with a DT466(originally 230hp), and an Allison MT653. The 466 has a #0 plate from my old Dodge, 2 clicks tighter on the gov springs, the timing advanced, and 4" str8 pipe stack. -

06 IH 7400, 300hp DT466E, no BOMBS yet, but it does ok.

I'm happy as can be.... i've never have been able to slip the converter (tripple disc).... it transfers the power to the wheel SO good... it shifts firm, never skips a beat, it feels better to me than a brand new truck..... and Dave is the MAN, greatest customer service i've ever seen, he even called me on a Saturday to see if i had any problems doing the install.... he's an A+ man.... and i'd buy from him again if i ever needed another transmission.... but i got a 100K mile warranty on this one so i doubt i'll need one for a while.... -
