i have silverline black stainless stacks what on earth should i polish them with i think they're clear coated but im not sure...

If there clear coated then i would say soap and water like you do when washing your truck. but thats my 2 cent

I agree, if they are clear coat.

If not, there are several great metal polishes available. I used Adams Metal Polish on a friend of mines exhaust tips. Wipe it on, wipe it off. It was literally that easy.
