I almost feel bad for people behind me in traffic. I always keep the smarty on SW8, and the ADR on pl 1 or 2. I didnt realize it did it so much until I tilted the mirror down out of curiosity the other day. It smokes hard even on a light takeoff. I may need to back the smarty down alittle but it is just so nice for stop and go.

not like i know how it feels

I was late for work one day and turned towards the flightline on my bike. Leaned her over pretty good and rolled into it. front end came up and so I rode the wheelie for a 100 yards or so, set it down and parked. Well the friggen wing commander was RIGHT THERE needless to say, I was drug into his office, lost a few pounds off my tail end and lost my driving privileges on base for a few days. had to take the advanced motorcycle safety course oh and give a darn briefing to the ENTIRE wing at the base theater as to "WHY YOU DO NOT RIDE A WHEELIE ON BASE". the cops found out about it and from that point on every time I was leaving base, they all would give me the sign to pull the front end off the ground. I pulled it up right at the guard shack and rode a wheelie off base from that point on. -
