Default Gunk Remover

Well i need something to remove some gunky glue crap. I got neglagent with the bazillion psi pressure washer at work the other day and ripped some stuff off I didnt want to. I wanted to take the vent shades off and it did that without me knowing but left all the crap that sticks them on. Then it ripped up the black sticker things that go between the drivers and rear door to make it look like one continuous window I guess. At least it is painted under there and I kinda like the look better without it. Anybody got a sure fire way to get this crap off????????

Man, I just started to debadge my Truck about 2 weeks ago, and I tried Goo Gone to get the 2 sided tape off.. and it wouldnt work that well in the small bottle, but I got a can of the paint safe adhesive remover from Oriellys, its a spray can, and it works GREAT!

Goo Gone might work for what your doin, but it didnt work too well for what I was doing..

Hope you get it cleaned off, I know that junk is a PITA!

I've used lighter fluid to remove gunk left over from decals.
I've used WD-40 to remove tar. Both have worked well.

I always follow up by rinsing with water, just to be sure it has no residual effects.

Ok ya'll, I ran to Oriellys yesterday, and stood there staring at all the products made for removing sticky junk.. and I chose the 3M Adhesive Remover.. And I also tried the Goo Gone, and lemme tell ya'll.. this 3M stuff.. WORKS.. Spray, wait a few seconds, spray again, wait a few spray again, and start peeling it off..

About a week ago, I got a bottle of Goo Gone, and it took me about an hour to get the double sided tape from ONE badge cleaned off with that..

Last night in 1 hour 27 minutes I COMPLETELY DEBADGED my truck, and removed all the pinstriping with this 3m stuff and a bag of rags..

I figured since 3M makes the double sided tape, and most sticky products, they oughta have the best stuff for removing it.. and I happened to be right in this case..

I give this stuff
