Default 1989 Jeep Wrangler

Ok guys, I just don't use my jeep anymore. It is strictly an offroad only rig, and is not registered to legally travel the streets in CA. It will not pass CA smog. It has a green sticker (OHV) registration, so it can be used at any offroad destination. Here are the good and bad points of this rig. Overall, it has served me great for the last 7 years that I have owned it, but being that I only use it once a year, the most logical thing for me to do with it is get rid of it. Parking is at a premium, and I need the space.
The Good:
New front brakes
HP Dana 30 front with 4.56's and a lockright
Ford 8.8 rear with 4.56's and a trac loc
strong 258
TF999 automatic transmission, professionally built with less than 10k miles
NP231 rebuilt less than 10k miles ago with JB conversions SYE
High angle driveline rear cv shaft
Engine driven on board air with 2.5 gallon air tank
winch plate
extra front springs
SOA up front with stock wrangler springs, SUA in rear with currie 4" springs
Rancho 5k shocks all the way around
Ford F250 shock towers up front
Vaacum disconnect eliminated
Spare long side TJ front shaft
Custom 6 point roll cage
6 new oil filters included in sale
Rocklights on underside of jeep
Have backseat as well-no seatbelts
Have older soft top-still keeps the weather out, but could use a replacement skin
Bikini top
Custom Push start button panel
Custom bumpers front and rear
Tuffy glove box
Kilby gas tank skid plate
Canyon city tire carrier with gas cans and full size spare
Green Stickered until 2009
Full soft top and bikini top
The bad:
223,900 miles
Carbuerator works well as is, but could use a little fine tuning
Valve cover gasket leaks oil-New gasket included in sale
No stereo- was stolen
Steering column plastics broken
Ignition does not work- Hence the reason for the push start button
Tie rods ends could use replacing
Rear shock mounts need extensions
Soft top has a few holes in it, but still works fine

I am also going to be getting rid of my trailer, that I use to haul the jeep with. Its a 1990 big tex trailer. It was recently rebuilt from the frame up with all new parts. Its got a new jack on it, 4 new tires and wheels, with about 400 miles on them. It is 83" between the fenders, and has a rail along the front and sides. I used pressure treated 2x6's for the deck, then waterproofed over the top of it. The floor is 20' long and the tounge is 4' long. Its got 8 tie downs bolted to the trailer frame, and has two metal ramps. Also includes a coupler lock, and a conferr tool box on the front of the trailer as well. Any questions, shoot me a PM here, or backchannel at poriggity@gmail.com
I am asking $2800 obo for the jeep, and all the included parts, or $4000 for the jeep and trailer, which includes 6 tie downs for the jeep, as well as the previously mentioned extras. Pictures of trailer and jeep attached.
I will ship the jeep if someone out of state wants it, but I will not ship the trailer.

I hate to do it, but I just can't justify it taking up the space. I use it once a year at TDS, and to be honest, I didn't have that much fun last year, and I just can't see spending the kind of money I do to go anymore. I am sure I will eventually get back into it, but it won't be for a while.
Jeep is going for $2800 by itself, if you want the trailer and the jeep, Im asking $4000 for the combo

That jeep there is a nice one. I rode in it one time out in the desert. Also, the trailer is pretty dern nice, considering its just a trailer and all.

Anyhow sucks you are selling the Jeep Scott but best of luck to ya findin a good home for her and the trailer!

Very good deal. If I wasn't in the middle of getting my tranny built up, I would take it.

Bway, I will ship it.. Just tell me where to drop it off

Jeremy,
Thanks for the compliments.. it is a fun ride, but I just can't justify keeping it around anymore.. using it in the desert 1 time a year just isn't worth it for me. If the trailer doesn't sell, then I will just keep it and use it for other things, but the jeep NEEDS to go.
