1999 Dodge Cummins diesel: 2500 club cab, 24 valve runs strong!!!

Hi All,

We have a '99 Dodge Ram Club Cab Long Bed 2500 Laramie SLT Heavy Duty 24v Cummins Diesel for sale, it is 2wd but has heavy duty springs. It is a silver exterior color with the 2 door Club Cab model, the front two seats fold forward to access the back rear bench seat and come with the front center console flip up jumper seat in middle. The interior is a darker grey/black and is in good condition overall with normal wear for the age and miles. The truck has p/w, p/l, p/s, p/mirrors, AM/FM cassette, cruise control, auto lights, A/C, Heat, tow package, brake controller, etc.

The truck got to us and needed about 2K worth of repairs done to it. We told our mechanic to fix everything and make sure it is mechanically sound. See below. (this is a great deal on the truck for the price)

Recent upgrades:

-New interior lightbulbs
-Fuses all checked and replaced
-New Upper Ball joints
-New Lower Ball joints
-New Pitman Arm
-New Idler Arm
-New Front brake pads

-Brakes were bled and adjusted correctly
-New Wheel seals all the way around

-A/C fully charged (blows ICE COLD)
-New set of 2 Heavy Duty Batteries (3 year warranty)
-New Wiper Blades

On top, Full lube oil change and grease was done along with filters changed. Mechanic certified truck. Motor/trans and differentials are in great shape. All fluids checked good if not otherwise noted.

-New receiver tow hitch (not in photos) being installed right now. The previous owner removed.
-Goose neck ball installed
-Electronic Trailer Brake Controller

This pick up does have a Texas rebuilt (salvage) title. This truck was bought from the insurance auction in Dallas, Texas. The truck has hail damage on hood mostly and little on roof, we believe this is why the title was altered and insurance bought the truck back from previous owner.

The good: Due to being a southern Texas truck it has ZERO rust and exterior only has normal wear for miles overall. There are absolutely no oil leaks anywhere. Our ASE certified diesel mechanic has checked this truck from head to toe with a fine comb and repaired anything that needed addressed or replaced maintenance wise. This 24valve cummins is mechanically sound. The body is straight other dents described below.

The bad: The hail damage on the truck is mostly on the hood only. Also, there are two sizable dents on the left body line on the hood (drivers side). However, If you went to replace the hood you would get all all of the hail dents and the large dents removed from the truck there is very minimal hail dents on roof. Also, small tear (normal wear) on drivers seat outside edge.

If you are looking for a solid farm truck, work horse, or toy puller at a discounted price, this truck is for you. It would be a great work truck for a farm hand. Already equipped with a gooseneck ball you can put anything you want behind this and have no fear this rig will get you there and back, then ask to do it again. I have personally driven this truck 200+ miles and it runs like a striped monkey, just wants to go go go. Gets up and down the highway great, not to mention killer fuel MPG's at 70 mph average. The truck is 100% stock, not modified in any way and that is most dependable way to keep it.
