I need a price quote for the parts i need to fix this:

i need the outside "side" of the bed, passenger side

corner on the cab, and a rear door

I'd put a cab and bed on it before I messed with fixing that!

Most the guys on here focus on Performance parts. I dont think any of them can get that stuff.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here...

The Cab is easily serviceable...

I only thing i need is to get is a new bed or the quarterpanel on it...

wow i would be a my dealer! probably the only place to get a new bed panel from. im sure the bed floor is bad too so maybe a whole new bed!
