Default I think I need new shocks?!?

I have a 1999 CTD 4x4, it feels like its all over the road since I put new tires on it. It has 165,000 miles with stock shocks all around. It looks like the majority favors bilstein shocks. I am 95% sure its stock height; I was wondering if I need to change the steering stabilizer too. Thanks guys!

I forgot, it didn't have a rear track bar, I put on one it but very minimal difference. It feels like the rear end is floating or trying to pass me up
