Ive been looking at some myself. Wish I could help. Yes you will need new mounting brackets. You can usually find them from your Dodge Dealer for around $35

I don't have any folding type tow mirrors like on the 3rd gens but have an extendable mirror with a fold feature for break-a-way. let me know and will shoot you a price -
