Default Price Quote Please - Suncoast Stage V

Hey vendors.. I need some prices on a full Suncoast Stage V Trans that I can pu tbehind my LBZ.. and I guess ship my old one back to you for a core charge.. I'd like to get the 1058 Converter since I have to pull a 5th wheel camper with it.. If there is a better converter for pulling on the road, please reccommend that. Also, if your shop does installs, and is within 500 miles of 74956, please let me know.

This will be going in an 07 Classic Chevy LBZ.

Thanks!

KC

u should ask about a 1054 1057 and a 1059 converter.

but the 1056 is the all around converter -

The 1056 is an basic, all around converter. Its ideal for most. The next one to look at is the 1059, but you need a lot of power to use it.

As for install, sorry, we are a touch over 500 miles from you!!
Its not hard to install if you want to take a stab at it. Figure on a day if you have a fairly level driveway.

I'll shoot you a PM, but call the shop if you have any questions. We will be in and out today. We are moving trucks around today, and picking up 2 new project trucks.

If you're ever going to go with a bigger charger you'll want to look at the 1055. -

1055 is not intended for towing, you can if your persistent but its more or a sled/drag converter with big chargers -

I would suggest going with a 1054 if you don't have a bigger turbo, or if you want a looser converter, the 1058 is what i run and like it now after running it for 4 months. it couples aggresively and hold the power great.
And the 1057 is available if you want to pay $1895 for it. They have to cut two brand new converters apart to make one 1057, because all the cores have dried up. -

uummm...Danno. Go back and read your post again. Last time I checked a sled is towing. Yes, the 1055 is plently capable for towing even though its intended use was for the drage strip. -

Sled pulling and towing is a lot different Your Towing for a long time , sled pulling is instant

Alot of big sled pullers use single disk converters , for towing the triple is best -

When using a big charger, not very a friendly to tow a 5er with a gt45 anyway -
