Default what to add to the fuel

hey, i was doing some research about todays diesel not being nearly as good as it was, and i have heard of people adding stuff to their fuel, im guessing for lubricant. so far i have heard of TC-W3 outboard oil, and tranny fluid, which one is better?

NVM i just saw the alternative fuels and additives part of the forum, still new to this forum. i am wanting to use the 2 stroke oil, is this safe to use with my stock 7.3 without any modifications. -

Tranny fluid is an ole wives tail used years ago. I've been using the 2-stroke for about 5yrs now and it works great! Make sure you get the TCW-3 non-synthetic.

If you want to use an off the shelf additive, I recommend Stanadyne, best you can buy! -
