Default Thank You MBRP

Thank You MBRP, and dieselbombers.com, as well of all of the present bombers on this site; this exhaust giveaway would have never been possible without the hard work and efforts put in by everyone involved with this site .

1st: The manufacturers in this case MBRP -JESSE ROHR / Without you guys we would have nothing to improve our trucks with. So I would like to thank you.

2nd: dieselbombers.com - and all administrators as well as any "management type people" working behind the scenes to keep this site up and running / without all of you this site would not even exist. So with that said I would like to thank you.

3rd: I would like to thank all of the bombers on this website at any given time . Without everyones common interest in diesels ,as well as sharing ideas pertaining to them ; this site would not survive. Once again I would like to thank everyone involved with this site for making my latest mod. possible.

I would like to include a few PICS as well as VIDS of my newest mod. THANKS AGAIN , sorry for the long post.

LOVE the new sound -it really turns heads.

whats up with the whistle?? sounds annoying. I do like the grumble under acceleration though. without the whistle, I would purchase. Looking for exhaust now, any suggestions.

why doesnt the stock exhaust make that whistle??? restrictions?? It almost sounds like a piece of metal is bent sideways causing the air rushing past to whistle

I think the whistle comes from the vanes in the turbo. My lly is doing it now that the kitty died. Sounds like an exhaust leak.

I did an exhaust on an 04 powerstroke and it starts normal and sounds normal for about 3 seconds then it starts to whistle. Also put on an elbow, can someone explain the butterfly valve under the powerstroke intake elbow???

jlawles2's Sig:2004.5 LLY K2500 Banks Super Scoop to the Exhaust tip. EGR delete plate with Kennedy finger stick. ISSPRO Performax gauges.MBRP Down pipe and stainless front pipe installed. BD Exhaust manifold. AFE Bladerunner, and have prothane bushings on arrived but not installed. One day when I get enough money, I will put in the Suncoast with 6 speed conversion.

He's correct in his statement about the turbo vane. Some trucks are more prone to it than others due to tuning and mapping files at idle, but all the trucks with this type of turbo geometry are going to do it with a free flowing exhaust.
