June 21'st!
I'm wondering, How much Support do the other vendors and diesel bombers want to give? by support i mean all the local area folks and people within a few states that need flyers, and dose diesel bombers want there information on the flyers? just throwing some things up in the air! This is looking to be a big event! -

I can do some flyers for ya bud but that wont have a lot of affect out here in Cali

. I'll definetley pass the word to my buddies back home though. I'll be in the middle of my move up to VA but I'm gonna do my best to make it. I'll help you out with everything I can if I make it down buddy. -

Lucas, we can help out. How much are the rates for the cottage. I think we would come up Friday and take off on Sunday. I am checking with my brother to make sure he can help too. Let me know on the rates. I will check and see if we can post one of your fliers on our website when you get them made. -

Something New for this year, We're going to be giving away a prize ! Everyone that comes for the event (one way or another through sign in, Or buying your food) will be entered into a drawing of a item!

IF YOU OWN:

A 3rd Gen Cummins , You'll get a Smarty!
A 2nd Gen Cummins , You'll get a Edge Comp
A 1st Gen Cummins , Not Decided yet
A Duramax will get a PPE Tuner
A Powerstroke will get a SCT Tuner

Highest HP Besides event trucks (to keep things civil, Trucks that we're highly involved with wont be included) will receive a Trophy or Gift Certificate of Some Sorts.

Lowest HP Numbers will receive a 30% Discount off RETAIL on Items from Selected Retailers!

Now, To Put this all together with the dealers!

IF YOU ARE A VENDOR AND WANT A PART IN THIS:
You must be able to Attend
Cost for Participation is $100.00
You'll receive your own section, and you'll be included in the flyers banners and such.
THIS IS NOT A FOR PROFIT EVENT, the $100.00 fee is simply to cover the cost of advertising, Nothing more!
ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT INFO BY 2/12/08

If anyone finds that this post and the offerings would be benifical to other forums and boards please feel free to edit and post as needed! We're looking for a great turnout this year!

A Few Rules need to be set:
This is a Family event!
No Glass Containers or VISABLE 21+ Bevs!
No Hating or disregard for others saftey , or blatent disrespect. THIS IS FOR FUN!

Lucas, were all in! We would like to get some vendor space from you if possible. Let me know where to send the payment. We will be available to help with setup starting at about noon on friday prior. We should be in till Sunday, so depending on what happens we should be able to help saturday with the event and some cleanup help depending on how long it lasts. We will have to take off to make it back to SC sometime sunday afternoon. We will get you info for our addition to your flier ASAP. When the flier is done get us a copy that we can post on our website. -
