Sometimes its easy to forget that we're here to help others, Not to make sales. The sales are a benefit of assisting folks when they need help! To many times I've gotten phone calls says, I bought this off such and such and they wont return my call or help me... Or the sales person to often really has NO Idea of the solution or how to handle situations when the arise! We try to gear our online program as tech support and assisting customers, and if they buy a product , they get the same support! My staff and I pride our selfs in not always knowing the answer as funny as that sounds! When a vendor explains how they know everything and always seems to know the answer ....BEWARE.....
