Default CRD Suspension replacement

I have a unique (probably not) situation. I live in West Africa and I had my 2005 CRD shipped from the states. The raods here are less than deireable and I need to replace the suspension (think it was worn out before leaving the states.) I would like to add a small lift kit as well. The lift kit would require only the disassembly required when changing out the suspension and no further modification. I have a very limited shop (my driveway) and tools can be very expensive here so fixing my screwups is not really a possibility. THe CRD is also my only car and my Wife would be pissed if I broke it.
My question is what would be a good replacement suspension that I can purchase online in the states (ideally shipped in different boxes none weighing over 40lbs) and a good lift kit that can be installed along with the new suspension.
There are numerous (understatement) potholes and the roads are often not paved and littered with debris. If you need any more information to offer sound advice please let me know. Thanks
Isaak

Have you checked to see if OME makes a kit for the libby? It might be cheaper shipping from Australia, perhaps...

ome does make a lift kit for the jeep liberty crd. i think it gets you an extra 2.5 inches in the front and 2inches in the back. you can check this website Liberty Old Man Emu suspension lift kit when i do suspension i am going to get the kit with the heavy duty springs. and they are reasonably priced i think for what you get.
