Thumbs up 03-05 dodge fuel pick ups are here!

We have a few made up and most of them are already sold! SO, if you are wanting to cure your 1/4 tank issues with an Airdog or FASS fuel system with upgraded fuel lines look nor further! We are going to start pre-ordering these upgrades. Here are some pics of the unit

This new billet aluminum pickup fits in the FACTORY location inside your fuel canister!

Here is a shot of the canister disassembled. You will have to split your canister apart to do the mod. DON'T worry. this is not rocket science to complete this mod. I will be taking more pics of the complete upgrade with directions. you will notice that the bottom of the canister, there is a cylindrical item. this is where you will be drilling the can with a 3/4" hole saw to open up the bottom to ensure there is NO restriction for the feed line

Here is a close up of the pick up in place

There is a factory lock ring that you will re-use to lock our kit in place. I have personally tested each unit we made today for fit and I tell you it was not easy to get out of the can after I got it in there. Had to use a punch on the bottom side and push it back out.

Here is a shot of the lock ring and the suction side of our unit.

We are going to start taking orders for this and ship them out as they come off the CNC mill. Will have final pricing on Monday. The owner of the shop and I worked on them all day. -

What exactly is it and how does it work? I just installed the Airdog 150 on my truck and now the truck starts sputtering like it wants to die around the same time my low fuel light comes on(its now an "out of fuel" light). Would this be something that might fix that? -

Yes, this places the pickup at the bottom of the tank where it would be factory! Our current 6.7 truck has driven with the low fuel light on for nearly 50 miles and it has dual CP3's and a bunch of other mods. Truck never hesitated. -
