Default 3ed gen Dodge drive shaft loops

I thought I would start with some pics of the front drive shaft loops for 3ed gen Dodges that I make. They are built over the required specs of NHRA, and capture the drive shaft in two places not one. They come powder coated in several colors (BLACK, SILVER, RED) and I will see about more colors if needed. They are a true BOLT ON and require no drilling or tapping into the frame like some other brands do. Im asking $195 shipped in the good ol USA, and if you Canada guys would like one im sure it wouldn't be much more. I have a design on the rear loops, but need to finish a few things on the jig. 2nd gen Dodge loops are on there way, but are still 2 to 3 weeks out. Let me know what you guys think, and I am always open to suggestions to improve a product or ideas for a new one. Thanks again, Aaron/HD Fab

Your front loop is almost done for a 6in lift "Triton edition". I talked to my coater, and I think he will be doing the Triton red sometime next week. And I want some pics once there installed... -

Here are a couple pics of the front and rear drive shaft loops.

I changed the rear loop so that it now catches the shafts in three places. Not only will it keep the rear shaft from falling, but also retains the shaft off of the T-case in two spots. Most loops I have seen only catch the shaft in one spot! I wanted the rear loop to be extra "HD", so its made out of 1 1/4 X .105 (NHRA rules require a minimum of 7/8 X .065) Face it, our trucks are not "normal" race trucks and a little more protection wouldn't hurt. Both loops install with NO DRILLING and use the factory bolts. You dont have to worry about your frame cracking where you drilled/welded, and it can always be put back to stock.

Fronts will be $195, and $345 for the rear in standard colors shipped UPS or USPS. I am still working on getting the best deal on shipping/packaging, and if I find a better deal I will pass it on to you.

Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions or comments. Any input I can get from you guys will help me make a better product.

Rear loops for Mega Cab, standard cab, 2wd, and 2nd gens are on there way. I am also looking at making U-Joint shields a option for you puller guys if there is an interest.

A small video of the rear loops...
Thanks

Default Suncoast event

To anyone that is attending the Suncoast dyno/race event the 20th and 21st this month in Florida. I will have drive shafts loops on hand for purchase, and will even help you put them on. If you are interested in a set let me know ahead of time so I can bring enough.

Thanks,

This is a posting I got from Triton today, and I am sure he doesn't mind me posting it up over here.

the loops definitely work !!
Hey Aaron, it's kinda ironic only a couple passes down the track after installing your loop.... I needed it !! Man it did it's job too ! A piece that broke off the flange that mounts the shaft to the T case went flying and still put a hair line crack in the T case but, without the loop it would have destroyed the T case and trans pan and who knows what else. A crack will be much easier to fix than what could have been !

If you ever get around to it..... I REALLY would like to have a rear loop too. I know you're busy anymore but, if you build it they will come :-) I know I will.

Apparently several have had this happen in the same way. It's obviously a weak spot that needs attention.

Just a reminder that the "safety items" may not make you any faster, but they do keep you around to play another day. Glad you and your baby are ok Triton, I cant imagine what kind of a wild ride that would have been if it had pogoed into the ground in a lifted truck like yours. Thanks for the feedback man. -
