Exclamation Help Needed From Those With Stacks

Ok, we could use your help here at Grand Rock. I know people have been putting stacks in pick up trucks for YEARS...using parts from scrap yards, or box tubing. What we're looking for are old pictures that can prove it was installed before Febraury 2002. If you can supply us with these pictures, I'm sure we will make it worth your while. Mine is a GR kit, but I put it on in 06. Just out of curiousity, what do you need the pics for? -

The original stacked pick up from 1978



My dad did this to his 84 Chevy stepside in the 80s if i can get the pics ill scan em and post em.
Im pretty sure he used the dodge ones like above to do the stacks -

There are a couple guys trying to say they came up with the "through bed" exhaust idea first. They currently have a patent pending about that. So needless to say if this patent goes through, the manufactures will have to pay a royalty, plus any do it your selfer will have to be cautious, because of the patent. So any photo's or other proofs prior to February 25 2002, will null and void this patent. -

Tell me about it. There are a ton of people I've spoke with that does not know how one could patent a way to divert exhaust away from the engine. I don't think anyone has patent oxygen yet...you may want to get in on that... -
